1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the item

  • The product arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was incorrect or defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
